known as
the Triangulum Galaxy or NGC 598, it is part of the "Local Group" of
galaxies at only 3
million light years away. M33 is traveling towards us
at 24km/sec. This image was taken on Oct 7, 2004 and
is a total of 55 minutes of exposure
time.
